Refund policy

Return Policy – elevenaustraliastore.be

You have 14 days to return your product. However, it is not permitted to use the product. Only unused products with their original, undamaged packaging can be returned.

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Notify us of your return

Send an email to info@elevenaustraliastore.be and include:
A) The reason for your return
B) The order number as stated in your order confirmation and invoice

Pack your parcel

Return the product in the box in which you received it. It is important to remove all original shipping labels to avoid any issues with the postal service. If you would like to exchange the product or request a refund, please also mention this in your message. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Send your parcel

Once your package is packed, you can send it via your nearest post office. Please send the parcel to the following address:

Refund

Once we have received your parcel and verified its contents, we will refund the order amount to you.
