Shipping policy

Items ordered through this webshop are delivered in Belgium and Luxembourg. Delivery methods are indicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed or explicitly stated otherwise, the goods are delivered to the customer’s delivery address within 5 days after receipt of the order.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative defect of an item or any other delivery issue must be reported immediately by the Customer to “elevenaustraliastore.be”.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer from the moment they (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods. However, the risk already transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this option was not offered by “elevenaustraliastore.be”.
